By downloading or using Wean ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Wean tracks app usage on your device to provide budgets, ambient nudges, recovery days, and insights intended to help you reduce screen time. Wean is a personal wellbeing tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Wean offers a permanent Free tier and an optional Pro subscription or lifetime purchase that removes the free tier's tracked-app limit and unlocks doom-scroll detection and partner accountability. Current pricing is shown in the app and on our website and may change with notice.

Pro subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play Billing. Where offered, a free trial converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions — cancelling through Wean directly is not possible, as Google handles all billing.

Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. We don't process refunds directly.

Don't use Wean to monitor another person's device without their knowledge and consent — the partner accountability feature is designed for mutual, consenting arrangements only. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its backend services.

Wean is provided "as is". We work to keep tracking and blocking accurate, but Android system limitations (battery optimization, permission restrictions, OEM customizations) can affect reliability. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Wean and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
